Motivation
For all new users of this app, I have something to say.
Don’t give up, Chloe Ting’s programs really work!
With a proper diet (don’t cut out sweets or any other food you consider “unhealthy” – everything can be eaten; sweets and chips can be consumed once a week), so you don’t have to give up anything. On other days, eat food rich in proteins, fibers, and minerals.
Whether you eat healthy food or “unhealthy” food, you will still have a stomach because it’s actually a part of your organs, the food that needs to be digested, and the water your body retains.
Since I started doing Chloe Ting’s programs, I have truly seen very good results, which others can confirm as well – people turn their heads to look at me like they’ve seen a Hollywood star, hehe 😜🫣🤫.
I gained confidence and learned to love myself.
Let me tell you one thing: if your goal is to have a flat stomach like a board, believe me, you are mistaken. Such a thing does not exist. Why? Because inside your stomach are your organs, food that needs to be digested, and a lot of water.
You are not doing anything wrong; your organs are alive and need space to do their job properly.
Accept yourself first and foremost. It’s all about pulling in your stomach, and not everything is as perfect and wonderful as it looks on Instagram, because much of it is photoshopped.
But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t work on your abs – keep working hard, don’t give up, eat quality food, and thank Chloe Ting.
