When it comes to nutrition, do not aim for perfection. Try to find balance instead. Eat enough protein, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and drink plenty of water. Do not skip meals, and do not think that you need to give up every food you enjoy. Small changes over time create big results. 🥗🍓🥑💧
