I live in an Indian household and so the cuisine is dense in calories (rice, meat curries, curries in general) and more. I try to eat in moderation, 1-2 cups rice and 1 cup of meat, but I end up eating a little more. This easily becomes 400-600 calories just for lunch. I try to eat less breakfast or no breakfast to compensate for calories (I get bloated if I have carbs in the morning), and then I want to compensate some of my snacks. I want to eat low calorie and healthier snacks so I want some advice here.
