Anti-inflammatory and anti-bloat oatmeal

Hey yall! So the past couple of days I’ve been indulging and also eating stuff that really does not sit well with me. So I decided to fix that and eat about a week of gut friendly foods. I made this oatmeal this morning and it was surprisingly good, despite the interesting ingredient combination and felt amazing afterwards :). I’ll write it down below for anyone wanting to try!
1/2 cup oats
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 scoop of protein powder or collagen peptides
1/4 tsp ginger powdered or ground
1 tbsp ground flax (or soaked)
Stevia to taste (or any other sweetener like honey, or monkfruit)
1) Bring milk to a boil.
2) Add the oats, turmeric, and ginger and cook under ready.
3) Add in flax, collagen, and sweetener
4) Serve!
You can also top it off with a banana, but I didn’t have any sadly so I didn’t
