Hey girlies 👋🏽 I’m starting an anti-parasite diet for the next 4-6 weeks approximately. Basically a high fiber diet with no processed sugar, processed food and dairy. I’m also not going to be eating meat.
Curious if anyone has done a diet like this before if you have any suggestions for simple recipes that would work. Tonight I made black bean soup (tasted better than it looks lol), and I’m trying some overnight oats with coconut milk, chia seeds and cinnamon for the morning (will top with bananas).
I included a picture at the bottom with some of the ingredients/food I got to start off with. Should I post more updates throughout this process?
Please pray for me y’all I know this is going to be challenging! Nevertheless, I’m looking forward to it and seeing how I feel after this cleanse 🤗
