So, I’ve been looking to eat healthier and get in a deficit, however- it’s very hard to change what I eat due to my being autistic and some foods I just can’t get myself to eat.
I’m very picky with meat- the texture is always different, the texture of yogurts and puddings I can’t deal with, and in general I always find myself going back to my usual foods because it’s less stressful- even if they’re unhealthy.
I’ve been eating a lot of soup recently as it’s low in cal, but it’s not very filling and I need more variety and solid foods.
How have those of you on the spectrum dealt with this?
