This is a simple way to prepare baked salmon. Most of the cook time is either marinating time or bake time so you can prepare other parts of your meal simultaneously! 🍽 You can easily replace the salmon with chicken breast if you don't eat fish, just make sure you adjust the cook time if your chicken breasts are thick. You can also swap the peppers for onions or have both if you like and add easy extra veggies to this meal. For leftovers it can be crumbled into a cold pasta or grain salad, but I don't recommend reheating fish because it changes the flavor and texture. Anyway, I hope you like it if you try it!!
