I've been going 600 calories over my limit today and it's not even because I was hungry I just can't control myself. I like food, I'm a foodie, so when I have a meal that I like (high calorie meal too) I have seconds, then more 2 hours later, then more for dinner, then seconds an hour later. I need to control myself because I'm just eating to eat. Does anyone have any advice to help me with this?
