Calorie confusion

Hi! I am fairly new to the fitness world and I recently (like 3 weeks ago) started a calorie deficit in my diet. I noticed the first week I lost quite a bit of weight but since then these past two weeks I've been gaining a few grams.

Should I lower the calorie deficit or be patient and keep it constant?

I have been doing exercise with these helpful programs and a bit of cardio on my own as well.
