Hello everyone, so i have been in a calorie deficit since november and lost a lot of weight by tracking my intake. i have now started to do the hourglass challenge because i want to tone and gain muscle. should i stay in a deficit and keep tracking or do i eat more than usual?? i’m currently not tracking and just focusing on eating healthy
