I’m autistic so struggle with taste and texture, I’m trying to do 75 hard which means drinking 2-3 litres a day but I add sugar free vimto to make water taste better as I don’t like plain water, is that bad for trying to stay healthy or is it cheating?

Can I have sugar free juice in my water whilst drinking 2-3 litres daily?
