Hey so firstly I'm an Indian and I can't really leave out rice, rotis and all that stuff but I really want to get slimmer and taller at the same time so can y'all suggest me an app where I enter in my daily food intake and when I tell you, I have tried apps, every one of them confuse me bcoz they don't have most of the things I eat at home, like lemon rice and pulao and all that so please recommend me an app😭🙏🏽
