Hey friends! I love trying our new recipes i find on the internet for high protein snacks. Half the time they fail, the other half succeed, and today I have a huge success to share! The original internet recipe was just cottage cheese, parmesan and almond flour. It seemed like it would be good but I really felt like it needed more ingredients with flavor so I set off to the kitchen. I doubled the types of ingredients adding coconut flour, hemp hearts, collagen and everything bagel seasoning to the recipe and said here goes nothing!
These balls are so freaking good! I ate 3 straight out of the oven with a little hot pepper relish to top them. They can be eaten alone, add a condiment for extra flair, or cover them in a meat sauce as a substitute for pasta/ rice. I also think they would be delicious seasoned with curry spices or Italian seasonings based on your preferred tastes.
Anyway, the nutrition info is off on my recipe in the recipe section, but I'm attaching the true nutrition for food tracking until the recipe and food tracker start sharing databases.

They can be kept in the refrigerator once cooled and easily reheated in the air fryer without losing moisture or structure. 👍💪☺️ Enjoy!!
