Dear girls!
I came across a realisation that I eat way less proteins compared to what I should be eating. Yet I really eat a lot of protein: 2 eggs in the morning+ cottage cheese, some kind of meat in the evening. But I still cannot balance my diet as I feel really full with what I eat and cannot eat more eggs anymore😀. Even for breakfast I feel really full after eating that much protein, but according to the apps I’m using- that’s not enough.
Could you share some thoughts on how you manage to balance your diet and also how do you go about your protein intake?
