Hey everyone 👋🏻
I've been on a weight loss journey for about 4 months now. I am very consistent with exercising regularly.
But my diet is a big problem. I already eat less, like really less. I thought portion control will help me reduce weight but after I started portion control, I also started having constant body pains, dizziness and let's not forget those severe daily headaches. I literally felt my head bursting.
Anyways since last week I stopped portion control and my headaches have reduced a bit.
What should I do guys? We all know that dieting is also necessary for a good life and not just losing weight. And even if I eat this less then why is my increasing?
Please help 🥺
