I was so proud of how yummy dinner was last night I wanted to share it with you guys! 

I've been cooking for as long as I can remember and I think this is my best salmon yet! I am the primary cook in my household of 5 adults so I tend to cook larger portions and try to create filling meals so we utilize our food well. 

Last night I made baked salmon with bell pepper and served it over a bed of spinach and micro greens. Then I added a few spoons of the chickpea salsa I invented last night around the edges of the salmon and topped it with a few more micro greens to make it look fancy. ☘️

I also got brave and entered my first 2 recipes here! I'm going to share them individually so if you have questions about preparing them they'll be in their own thread! ☺️☺️☺️
