Hi all! Istarted my weight loss journey in may 2024 and I've been mostly satisfied with my results. However, during the winter my motivation is low, it's harder for me to stick to my diet and to exercise. To help me get back in the mood and to get better results, I'm considering trying intermittent fasting (10/14). But is tea (without sugar) "allowed" during the fasting period? Drinking tea would definitely help me resist the hunger. Thanks for your advice!
