This is my remix and I call this girl dinner.

A few days ago I was alone at home and I only had potatoes, one tomato and cashews. So I blended cashews with spices, nutritional yeast, one egg white* left from the carbonara I ate for lunch (*egg white that I cooked in the microwave after the potatoes) aaand here it is. 💁‍♀️

Better than I expected! I liked the microwave potatoes. After making the holes with the fork I used salt and oil in their skin and they were indeed very tasty.

This is my remix and I call this girl dinner.
