Eat whats In Season!

Hello Friends! I am a homesteader and fellow fitness enthusiast, and I've realized that in modern life we are out of touch with the natural rhythm of which fruits and veggies are best to eat according to the season since we can just go to the supermarket and pay a little extra!

However, it's important to eat the veggies and fruits that are in season because these plants are likely to have more nutrients compared to when they're grown out of season and with the help of chemical fertilizers and pesticides :(

As of now, we are in early spring so look out for:
Spinach
LEEKS
Eggplant
Kale
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Brussel Sprouts
Cabbage
Carrots
Radishes
Lettuce
Arugula
Artichokes

Any veggies that like to grow in cold-ish weather ! Our body will love the variety and appreciate the added nutritional value of a seasonal plant :)
