Hi all! I want to get some opinions/recommendations about eating before workouts.
I usually exercise in the morning before having any food, but lately I feel tired, so I'm wondering if I should trying having breakfast first.
I've seen some stories in social media about how working out without eating can affect your hormones, so I'm a bit worried about that.
What do you usually eat before workouts? How long do you wait before exercising? Looking for ideas 😊💫
