Hello everyone, I started my weightloss journey 1,5 years ago. I've lost around 15 kg since then. Taking breaks, having stressful end of school exams and finding out about my gluten intolerance as well as dealing with bloating. I used online calculators to count what my deficit should be. Once I was eating 1500 kcal and lost my period but got it back after upping my kcal to 1700. Then I decided to maintain for some time. Some time after that i ate 1700 kcal on a cut and had terrible headaches, low iron, fucked liver hormones, couldn't sleep and also lost my period. So I gradually raised my kcal first to 1950 then to 2100, but on some days I overate eating like 2600 kcal and couldn't stop myself feeling actually hungry gained weight from around 52.5 back to 54. It's been 4 months since that time and i was maintaining at 2100 kcal. Learned that petite girls should lose really small amounts of weight 0.2-0.5 kg a week so i tried doing that 3 weeks ago by eating 2050 kcal a day, and twice a week on rest days 1800 kcal (which is a very small deficit) but initially I've lost 250 g in first week and then nothing for the next 2 weeks. I feel hungry all of the time after breakfast, going to bed, and ravenous after waking up. I eat 1200-150 g of protein daily. And most of the days I waste 1000 kcal right after waking up cause I feel sooo hungry I can not stop myself.
Also I'm 53.7 kg 160 cm my goal is 50 kg.
Please help, I have no idea what to do.
