I understand that many people find it difficult to keep fit on vacation, so I wrote this post while on vacation, here are the points that I adhere to now to stay in good shape now.
1. prefer walking instead of transport
2. plan active excursions, where you will not sit all the time, also do not refuse active attractions, where you will be on the move, and not just sit
3. Drink plenty of water, you need it to want to eat less
4. Try not to have a snack, these are extra calories you don't need
5. Eat mainly in restaurants, not on foot courts, there is usually more satisfying and healthy
6. Divide the food into 3 meals, it will help not to overeat
7. About alcohol:
- Give preference to pure drinks, avoid cocktails, as they are more high in calories.
- Drink alcohol in a pair with light snacks that will not harm the figure. For example, with chicken fillet and vegetables, light salads and seafood.
- Do not consume strong alcohol on an empty stomach.
- Drink plenty of clean still water to replenish the amount of fluid in the body.
