So I decided to track my nutrition for a bit (to check my protein intake mostly), and I dont understand what's going on with fats - it fills up in no time! I am writing this as a person who's bording on underweight and can't process fat properly, so I eat very little fatty ultraprocessed stuff. My nutrition is repetitive 90% of time: I have scrambled tofu for breakfast (1tsp of olive oil and tofu =12g of fat), veggie salad for dinner (avocado+1 tbsp of olive oil=18g of fat). So it leaves me with 5g of fat for the rest of food for the day, but it's not realisitic.
I understand that it's not a bug in the app, general recommendations are between 20-45g per day. I now started to limit how much olive oil I add to the salad for cooking, so that it's already bordering on burning,but I still cant make it. what am I missing?
