Food of the week

I have a diet plan with a nutritionist that I don't fully trust because I read conflicting information about food, calories, and exercise all day long. In fact, she encourages me not to exercise, just to walk.
I can't go out for a walk every day. We don't have a walking track here, so I'm a bit worried about cellulite buildup. That's the big fear in my life. Even with fat loss, cellulite is still there.
I don't exercise. I am overweight and I can't do all the exercises. It is very difficult. I want to lose more weight before I commit to exercises.
