Foods that help you đŸ’© suggestions?

I struggle with extremely slow bowels and have been hoping that becoming more active, eating healthier, and taking fiber gummies (Olly) would start helping by now but unfortunately im still not as consistent as id like to be.

Because I can go days without going to the bathroom I often feel extremely bloated and discouraged - especially on the scale.

Im looking for any recommendations for healthy fiber and gut positive foods that anyone else in this situation may have found to help them feel more comfortable and actually see their results?
