Hey guys! I'm on day 11 of the 2019 2 week shred program, and i feel like I'm gaining even more weight especially on the waist level. Is my body preserving weight fat because it thinks it's in danger or am I eating more calories than my body needs. Keep in mind that i eat twice a day. One meal(2 eggs sandwich) around 2 to 3 pm and another meal around 8 to 9 pm after working out. It's ether 2 omlettes or a rice bowl.
My goal is to lose fat around my waist. What am I doing wrong? 😭
