I have lost about 10% of my body fat in the span of the last three years, in which I've been consistently working out, no diets, only subtle portion control, so that I don't worry my parents. Now, I've been noticing that in the last year, my body won't lose any fat anymore. I need help on balancing my macros.Any tips on how to alter my diet, or to fast etc. (any changes in eating that will help me lose weight and gain muscle further) ?
PS: I'm a minor in a household where fitness and diet is not frequently discussed, it's awkward to talk about and I can't decide when/how much to eat. I have a slow metabolism,have a fairly busy schedule due to school and do strength training with 3kg weights (if that's helpful).
