Hey guys! I need your honest opinion—was today considered a healthy day overall? I had a rest day from working out (but I still did a workout after breakfast 💪) and went out later in the day, so I tried to stay balanced with my choices.
Here’s what I ate:
🥣 Breakfast:
• 1 toast with labneh and a drizzle of honey
• 1 apple
🏋️♀️ Workout:
• Did a short workout after breakfast ( 5000 steps walk , 10 mins abs, 10 mons booty and thighs workout)
🍗 Lunch:
• Chicken with mushroom (creamy white sauce but not heavy )
• 1 orange
🍨 Snack:
• 3–4 teaspoons of ice cream
• 5 blueberries
• 3 tiny dates
🍽 Dinner (restaurant):
• Lentil soup
• Got pressured into eating a vegan salad + 1 thin slice of margherita pizza (I skipped the crust 😅)
I tried to stay mindful and make the best choices. Do you think I did okay for a rest day? I’m focused on fat loss and would love your thoughts! 💛🙏
