Hey everyone,
I saw this low cal ice cream. And I wondered if it’s worth it? I have a sweet tooth and I watched a video about fat loss, that you can still eat the food you like but healthier and it’s probably going to be more sustainable. I haven’t had ice cream for a while and I want to try this ice cream, but I need to buy it online since I don’t have any store that sells them in my country. Is this ice cream good? Which flavours are worth it? I wanted to take this one.
