Hey! I desperately need tips!!! What can I eat for breakfast in the morning?

I usually eat muesli with milk or yogurt, but I don't think that's necessarily the healthiest option. Unfortunately, I don't have much time in the morning, and I can't use any unusual ingredients because I can't get them otherwise...

So if any of you have any ideas, please write them. I would be so grateful.
