Healthy snack with slight spice? I gotchu

What recipe did you guys learn randomly and it stuck with you for your cheat meals cravings? Here is mine:

My mom’s Cauliflower salad recipe: 💕

🌶️Ingredients:
- Cauliflower, tomato
- Mint leaves, Fennel, Parsley
- Garlic, Serrano(or any spicy pepper)
- tahini, lemon, water, salt
You can also add:
- cucumber

🥗Prep:
1. Cut cauliflower into bite sizes to your preference then fry it and put it aside
2. Dice then smash the serrano & garlic together in a bowl
3. Chop the tomato into any size you prefer (we usually do small), chiffonnade mint,fennel,parsley
4. Add the fried cauliflower with all the other cut ingredients into the serrano & garlic bowl and top it with tahini(not prepared and directly from the bottle) then set aside
5. Make your tahini, add tahini, lemon juice, water and salt into another small bowl and mix until thickened then add it to your cauliflower bowl and mox everything together

🧂Note: for the salt amount I say add on preference if the tahini salt is enough or you want sum more.

I dont have a picture for it rn(will add one when I make it again) but trust me this salad with rice crackers(especially the potato flavored ones) are legit the best combo

Extra: if anyone wants tasty weird combos of snacks I can make another post on it, I got sum good ones from my lovely dates with the fridge at 3am 💗
