I have been working out for about 4 months now. Physically I've been seeing a difference. I have less fat on my stomach and arms but my weight doesn't seem to change. The good thing is that it doesn't go up but it also doesn't go down. I do struggle a lot with eating healthy. Thats been my biggest obstacle throughout my fitness journey. I eat when I'm stressed or just out of habit and I don't eat meals at all. Like I will eat chips, cookies, fruit, and any other type of snack throughout the day. Sometimes they are healthy snacks but the majority of the time they're not. So really I'm just asking for advice on a healthy diet and how I can stay eating healthy. I could really use help
