Hi, I have recently started my fitness journey with a mix of gym and at home workouts. Trying to hit a workout 5 times a week atleast but struggling to create a balance diet plan to follow each day. Goal is to lose weight and tone up. I am a non vegetarian but allergic to eggs so hitting the daily protein intake has been a challenge too. Would love some insights on how to go about meal planning on a day to day basis
Note: I am Indian so would love some inputs based off Indian cuisine as well to incorporate but open to all cuisines and inputs
