How to understand a balanced diet?

Hey guys! So yesterday I was trying to help my friends move and I was struggling to lift a few boxes. I felt so helpless even though I m obese. I thought I would have some kind of man power to lift them but my arms felt like jelly. So I told myself I was going to lose the weight because I don't ever want to feel that helpless again!

I know that a balanced diet contributes towards the majority of weight-loss and I was wondering if someone could please help me understand which meals over here would be good to start with. I m looking for two weeks worth of meals so I don't get bored and off the wagon. Is there anyone who can help guide me on the best caloric deficit meals I can find on here to help kick start my fitness journey please. Any help would be appreciated 🙏 (edited by moderator)
