High protein late night food 🌃

 
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp onion & garlic
• 1 tsp vegetable oil
• 150–200 g raw potatoes
• 200–400 g raw shrimp
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp light mayonnaise
• 1 tsp hot chili sauce
• 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
• 1 tbsp light mozzarella cheese
• Spices: curry, paprika, turmeric, black & red pepper, salt, cumin
• Parsley

Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes, then bake them in the air fryer or oven.
2. Heat a pan with 1 tsp vegetable oil, add onion and shrimp, and cook until the shrimp changes color.
3. Add garlic, all sauces (except the light mayonnaise), and spices. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
4. Add the potatoes to the mixture, toss well, then top with parsley, light mayonnaise, and mozzarella.
