Just wanted to share this high protein pancake bowl recipe I found that has 38g protein đđI got this recipe from a food YouTuber named fitfoodieselma and she shares a lot of really tasty high protein meal prep recipes and this is one I prepped yesterday for breakfast! Hereâs the recipe if anyone is interested âșïžâš
*Side note I did use normal flour for the recipe and I didnât realize that in the description it says you may need to use slightly more flour (like 1/4-1/2 cup / 60-120 ml more) if you use normal flour due to gluten free flour absorbing more water than normal flour my pancakes still turned out great but they were a little extra spongy so Iâm gonna add that extra flour next time
Ingredients for three servings:
2 1/4 cups (lactose-free) low fat Greek yogurt (5 1/2 dl / 570g)
6 eggs
1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar, or more to taste
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose (gluten-free) flour mix or oat flour (2 1/2 dl)
3 teaspoons baking powder
âą
Toppings:
berries
âą
1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine
3. Divide into three greased glass containers
4. Top with berries
5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes
6. Store in the fridge
7. Reheat in the microwave before serving
