Sharing a recipe I made earlier :) High protein and high fibre with greek yogurt and wholemeal flour. Low sugar and fat.
Recipe:
Beat with electric mixer to mix
- [ ] 3 eggs
- [ ] 50g spoons suga
Add in, donât overbeat
- [ ] 500g greek yogurt
Mix this in a separate bowl
- [ ] 1 tsp baking SODA
- [ ] 240g wholemeal flour
Add the bowl of dry ingredients and beat into wet mixture in three goes, until combined.
Bake at 175 degrees for 40 min, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
