I'm a student who usually gets home pretty late around 5pm. I eat well at school but when I get back I literally raid my whole kitchen. I'm can tell that I'm not even hungry, so if anyone has any tips please tell me! I think one of my main problems is that I put on a show while I'm eating and I notice that I don't focus on my food that much.
