I have been trying to increase my protein intake, and I have been adding 2 eggs in the morning, 1 egg at night, full cream milk, Greek yogurt, twice the portion of lean chicken breast, canned tuna etc.
But when I use the food tracker, it always seems that my carbs is always the most intake even when I have been eating less than half of what I usually eat. And the protein intake shows I eat less than half.
Maybe it’s the accuracy of my tracking?
