please read first everything then reply my situation is complicated
Let me tell you my problem please read carefully I really want your all advise it's about my future so basically see I want to be k pop idol and for that I was lossing weight so I take around 500 calorie and also I only eat chickpea boil and milk but for two days I also include pulse of 200 calorie but still my inner thought is saying to include more 200 calorie mean 900 calorie to gain energy for dance but I am afraid that if I will take this much calories I will gain fat I want to be slimmer but I want energy also for dance practise when I was taking 500 calorie I was not dancing . I always lie on bed but now I want energy for dance practise but also afraid if I will take 900 calorie I will become fatty so tell me what should I do (edited by moderator)
