This might look small but I ate all this before 10:52AM.
Asked chat got that found out it's about 1000calories.
I ate 2pink sweets seconds after waking up.
Then biscuits 5min after eating sweets.
Then 15min later those brown rusk with suger and milk tea.
And then three of those yellow fruits to assure myself I'm eating healthy.
And then again 2 more sweets
Everything in this plate is sweet.
I can't control myself from food. I have never been on a diet. I'd do 2hours of workout then eat like this.
Is there anybody out there who can help me to deal with these habits as I have no other option 🥲. Today I'll complete my second challenge with zero weight loss results. Do I have an BED. Or is there too much food around me.
