Is OMAD + Exercising ineffective to get toned?

I’ve been doing OMAD for almost a year and a half now maybe even two…Lately, I’ve started having lunch a couple of times a week since I started working out with Chloe Ting…It’s been nearly a month since I started the Get Toned journey…and I also added 10,000 steps a day about two weeks ago.

I’m obviously moving more and eating less…but when I look in the mirror, I don’t know if I’m actually seeing results…I eat big, balanced, and healthy meals, drink 2L of water a day, and I don’t bother counting calories ‘cause I honestly can’t be stuffed…I see plenty of people getting great results without stressing over calorie deficits and they look unreal…Not that I’m comparing myself to anyone I’m just curious. Is it because I’m on OMAD, or is this just how my body works?

What I don’t get is, I don’t eat junk, don’t snack late at night, and I’ve stopped eating when I’m not hungry or stuffing myself. So what’s going on? If anyone’s got some advice, I’d love to hear it!
