Im doing this mono diet where i have the same meal of breakfast and dinner everyday.
I basically have 2 ragi dosa with mint chutney for breakfast, rice with some dhall and veggies for lunch and dinner i have oats. For lunch its usually different in terms of the veggies but i basically have rice , veggies for side and a veggies kolambu/curry for lunch . Is this sufficient for a good diet to lose 4 kgs a month? . I am a breastfeeding mum but i workout everyday following chloe ting challenge.
