Hello, how do yall keep up a calorie deficit?
I’m okay with portion control, but tracking calories are so stressful for me
I can’t stop thinking about every bite I take that I stopped enjoying food even the ones I love
And I’m so scared of the idea that I might be eating more calories than what I think I’m eating like what is this thing I’m eating has more calories that what I calculated? Or what if the app calculated it wrong?
My whole day has been doing mathmatic and counting and tracking it is so exhausting 😭 I don’t wanna live like this forever… but what if after I reach my goal, I gain agin because I didn’t track??
