Hi guys! i need help including veggies and fruits into my diet. when i was younger i could eat ANYTHING you gave me, but once i started to grow up a little my mom said i randomly stopped eating vegs and fruits and i’ve never been able to eat them again.
however, with my fitness journey, i want tos tart introducing vegetables and fruits into my diet since they’re healthy + can keep you fuller for longer (im in a calorie deficit) so are there any recommendations you guys have on how i can start incorporating them into my diet?
ps. i’ve recently started including lettuce into my foods, but that’s still a HUGE work in progress.
