Hello! I am currently new to the whole meal thing and wanted advice on some things. I want to build glutes/muscle so I know there is certain food to eat in order to do that. I try and eat food with lots of protein, I bought a pasta that had 20g of protein but it is microwaved pasta is that a good thing or not really? also the only equipment I have for the glutes workout are resistance bands I plan on going to the gym in the future though. The main thing is I want to know what certain meals I can eat to help build my glutes
