Hello everyone! I make this recipe when I crave a delicious and satisfying breakfast!

materials:

•Two slices of bread (I use sourdough bread)
•Avocado 
•Hot pepper paste
•Two eggs

construction:
I leave the bread slices in the toaster for a long time to make them crispy. (do not wait too long, max 2 minutes)
I mash my avocado thoroughly, add black pepper and salt and turn it into a puree.
I cook my eggs with little or no oil.

Then I spread my pepper paste and then my avocado on my bread and place my egg on top. Enjoy your meal!
