Hey everyone. I am teen girl trying to lose my weight as just as I want to look fit. I am 18 and my height is 4'9 which makes me uncomfortable. My weight is not according to my height. It's not that too but nearly 50 kgs. I want to eat in calorie Deficit but at last I'll feed myself anything what I get just like sweets, processed food, and all. Can anyone of you please suggest me how to control this and lose weight and also I will be thankful if you tell me how can I increase my height atleast 5'3-5'4. Please
