Hi. I am new to this app. I currently weigh the most I have ever weighed and I am truly disgusted with myself. I am a nurse, with no energy left to usually workout after workout and I’ve gone before work and usually can’t get through the 12 hour shift. I need help losing weight, eating right is the hardest thing for me because as a nurse sometimes you eat and sometimes you don’t. As well as my husband who is a picky eater. I just need help… anything would be helpful.
