Hi! I have been trying to lose weight around my stomach and thighs, but my results are SUPER SLOW. I started running atleast 20 miles a week, and 5K races every 2 weeks or week. Im in an off season rn so I will only run 3 times a week, but i gained muscle and lose fat in my thighs, and got more toned iverall. I am VERY close to goal. Same with my stomach, I am very close and I only need around a month or two of working out consistently to reach my goal! I think the thing holding me back is my diet. I am constipated often and have a slow metabolism. It is so hard to orchestrate a good diet when I do not know what to eat or have the time to cook. Here is a run down of my day to day meal though:
Breakfast: Usually nothing or a piece of Sourdough Bread and Apricot Preserves from Market
Snack: Greek Yogurt and Fruit
Lunch: Vegetables, Fruit, and Chicken or Bagel (i have a hard time incorporatibg protein into my diet!!)
Dinner: Usually a Protein, with fruit
Snack: Ice cream if it is hot, or watermelon
I also drink lots of water!! But please help me out. It is sooo hard to do these things and I need your help! (No Pork or Steak Meals)
